A passionate, experienced coach committed to changing lives

I am a wellbeing and personal performance coach with over two decades' experience helping people improve their personal and professional lives, including those in leadership and executive roles.

As a former senior leader in the education sector I understand the challenges faced by those in positions of responsibility, and having begun my career as a Newly Qualified Teacher I also understand that people at all levels can be burdened by responsibility and will face challenges unique to their circumstances.

As a wellbeing coach I support people as they deal with stress and anxiety in their personal lives or in the workplace. I help members of staff return to work after periods of absence and provide support to those who face difficulties in maintaining their role within an organisation. I also coach individuals and small business owners who wish to make career changes, supporting them as they move into new employment or set up their new ventures.

I work with people just like you, who have recognised the need to make long-lasting, positive change but need help to close the gap between where they are today and where they want to be. As a personal performance and life coach I can empower you to make that change, helping you to explore your potential and rediscover your strengths as you take control of your future.

Our relationship will be a creative partnership that clarifies your vision of who you want to be and provides you with the tools to fulfil that ambition.

I will use my extensive experience and toolkit of techniques, including the advanced GROW model, to help you close the gap between where you are today and where you want to be.

Mediation is a dynamic, structured process of resolving conflict through the involvement of a mutually acceptable third-party. It can be key to avoiding formal proceedings and preventing escalation.

I am a skilled mediator with many years' experience, able to help individuals manage and resolve conflict in domestic, commercial and public sector contexts.

What is a life coach?

What is a life coach?

A life coach is someone who can help you identify your goals and work with you to develop a plan to achieve them. They will ask you questions, listen to you, find out about the challenges you face and inspire you to achieve your goals.

Your life coach will not provide advice or tell you what to do. They are not there to mentor or counsel you.

Coaching is a tool that will empower you to make decisions and take responsibility for them. The structured conversations you have with your life coach will inform these decisions and will help you focus on what you need to do to affect real and lasting change in your life.

The relationship between you and your coach is a creative partnership intended to:

  • help you make positive changes in your life based on your aspirations;
  • provide an empowering environment that allows you to rediscover your strengths and capabilities;
  • encourage self-discovery so you can better understand yourself;
  • devise a plan of action based on your goals; and
  • grow your confidence so you can overcome your limiting beliefs.
